Even before stepping onto Rider鈥檚 campus as a student, Jordan knew that the university's close-knit community was the environment he was looking for and would provide him with a place to thrive. Thanks to Rider's small class sizes and hands-on learning opportunities that encourage students to explore their interests, Jordan decided that Rider would allow him to get the most out of his college experience.

Rider鈥檚 impact on Jordan鈥檚 career
Like many fellow Broncs, Jordan began his undergraduate journey at Rider unsure of where he wanted to take his career path. Initially beginning as an English major, Jordan began to develop an interest within the psychology and sociology fields after taking an introduction to behavior analysis course.
After learning about the accelerated degree option for an M.A. in Applied Psychology, Jordan chose to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology preparing for his focus in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Continued success
Since obtaining both his bachelor's and master's degrees from Rider, Jordan has become a lead program coordinator with Potential Inc. He continues working with individuals on the spectrum and guides them and their families on the road towards positive behaviors. Rider helped Jordan reach the goal of discovering his professional passion and making a meaningful impact everyday on people鈥檚 lives.
